Evergreen

Please forgive me for sharing my sobbing heart,

Bleeding tears witnessing the suffering in the body and soul of our humanity.

Infants, children, elders, women and men are dying,

Revenge and hate screaming their pain are unleashed and our suffocated humanity is gasping to breathe.

Have we forgotten that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere?

Have we forgotten that whoever takes a life it will be as if they killed all of humanity; and whoever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of humanity?Have we forgotten that Love is in all religions and Love has no religion?

Human beings forgetting how to express their humanity,

Human beings forgetting they are Love.

May Love take us all to the Love we are.

May the light of all living beings shine peace in our pulsating universe and in our vibrating hearts.

May my tears water my heart into evergreen, evergrowing compassion.
